  • What size wick should I use?

    Selecting the best wick size for specific jars is something we encourage the candle maker to determine, because when fine-tuning a candle burn, wick size can change according to wax and fragrance type and volume. Below is a ‘Wick Guide’ you can use as a starting point.

    CDN 6 – Burn Diameter 45-50mm CDN 16 – Burn Diameter 70-75mm

    CDN 7 – Burn Diameter 50-55mm CDN 18 – Burn Diameter 75-80mm

    CDN 8 – Burn Diameter 55-60mm CDN 20 – Burn Diameter 80-85mm

  • What is the approximate burn time for Soy Candles?

    These are high level estimates only – you must do your own tests to determine burn time.

    160g = 30 to 40 hours

    300g = 60 to 70 hours

    450g = 100 to 120 hours

  • How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $99! For orders under $99 standard shipping is $12.95 and Express shipping is $20.95.

    We deliver all over Australia. Your order will be packed and shipped off within 2-4 days. Your order will be shipped using Australia Post which can take up to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on what state or territory you live in. Express Post can take up to 1-3 business days to be delivered.

  • How do I track my delivery?

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email. You will be able to track the package using the link in the email and the tracking details provided.

    If you think you have not received this email, please make sure to check your junk or spam inbox.

  • What do I do if I have made an error on the delivery address?

    It is really important to check and re-check the delivery address during the checkout process.

    If there is an error with the address please email us at infinitescentsaus@outlook.com ASAP.

    If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot update the address as the parcel is with the courier company.

  • I’ve received my order and something is wrong!

    If you have received your order and there is something missing / broken, please get in contact by emailing us straight away at infinitescentsaus@outlook.com. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.

  • Exchanges and Returns Policy

    We will gladly provide an exchange for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged. This will be subject to inspection of the item.

    Returns of eligible products are accepted within 7 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

    All refunds and exchanges will be at the sole discretion of INFINITE SCENTS. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact us to discuss the matter.
